International Real Estate – where do you start?
Life Rich Real Estate Inc. (is not a real estate brokerage) It is a company whose sole focus is educating buyers, sellers and realtors on International real estate. I am proud to say that I am a co-founder of this company.
What do we do?
We hold workshops for buyers contemplating buying off shore and for REALTORS looking for help & information so that they can assist their clients who want to buy International real estate.
We work with developers and perform a due diligence review on their properties before we include them in our portfolio. We educate them on what a buyer information they should have available for International buyers. The information in our portfolio is is available to clients, their lawyers and advisors.
Life Rich Real Estate Inc. requires that any developer that has their property in our portfolio must provide an EXCLUSIVE money saving offer for our clients – this is in addition to any other incentives they may offer to a client who is buying one of their properties. These offers include such things as discounts, upgrades, reduced interest rates, travel reimbursement. IMF Survey: Mexico’s Rapid Recovery Attests to Strong Fundamentals Mexico’s strong growth is expected to continue this year and into 2012, bringing output in line with potential, the IMF says in its regular review of the nation’s economy. Manufacturing exports have led the recovery, with a rebound in domestic demand sustaining the momentum.

Recently I spent two weeks in Mexico – I spent a week in Puerto Vallarta after spending a delightful week in San Miguel de Allende.
I wrote about my visit to San Miguel in a couple of earlier blogs – #1 and #2 – it is a wonderful colonial town, cobbled stone streets, beautiful churches & other buildings, fresh air and you certainly don’t need a fitness membership in this town – where ever you go seems to be uphill in both directions!!
So now I have the pleasure of telling you about my trip to beautiful Puerto Vallarta.

I arrived in Leon, Mexico after an uneventful flight from Toronto (via DFW).

Spent the afternoon checking out some amazing condo’s, priced to sell in a fabulous location – more info on that in a couple of days!
Here’s the view from my hotel room. It was wonderful to sit outside on the patio tonight to have my dinner, glass of red wine in hand, listening to the waves roll up on the shore, gentle breeze coming off the ocean and Tiki torches for additional atmosphere.
Ahhhhh ….. Great end to a very busy day.
I’m off to look at some properties in Miami & South Beach tomorrow so, as I was up at 4 a.m. this morning to catch my flight to Daytona, I need to hit the sack early tonight!

I just received this bit of good news from a colleague in the Turks and Caicos Islands and great news if you are considering buying a property in the Turks and Caicos Islands!
TCI government’s recent press release has confirmed that the EU funded Revenue Study concluded ‘the introduction of a low annual tax on property is not administratively feasible or prudent in current economic conditions’.
