What is fractional ownership?

With fractional ownership you own your portion of a gorgeous cottage for a fraction of the price you’d pay for full ownership of a similar cottage. Fractional ownership is shared ownership.  You’ll own a share in the Cottage association and you own it forever! Your share can be sold, willed or gifted.

This fractional ownership entitles you to use 5 weeks each year in your selected cottage.

How do you use your weeks?
You’ll use one week in each season plus one bonus week each year.
